We offer $4.95 Flat Rate shipping on all orders.
Returns
Birds of a Feather is excited to announce we are now offering Returns and Exchanges! We offer *STORE CREDIT ONLY* if you wish to return an item.
-Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. If you are shipping an item back, it must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the item.
-We do not refund back to your original payment method.You will be sent an e-giftcard via email in the amount of your purchase that you can use at any date and time in the future. It does not expire.
-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all online purchases and return postage is the responsibility of the customer. You will only be given credit for the amount paid for each item. We hope that in the future as our business grows we can offer free return postage.
-If you live here locally and wish to exchange an item, please contact us at birdsofafeather1012@gmail.com and let us know which item you would like to exchange for. You can also direct message us on Facebook or Instagram if that's easier. If the item you wish you exchange for is still in stock, we will pull that item for you and you can exchange during one of the designated pickup times.
-If you live here locally and wish to return for store credit, please bring your item by one of our pickup locations during normal pickup hours and drop your item off. Please allow 3 business days to receive your e-giftcard via email.
-Please drop your item(s) off or mail back with a note with that includes your Name, Order Number( you can find this listed on your emailed receipt from purchase), and Email Address. If you are dropping off in Etowah, we should be able to process your return that day.
-Items must be, unwashed, unworn, and free of any odors or stains with proof of purchase(order number listed on emailed receipt).
-If you are shipping an item back, store credit cannot be applied for future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply your store credit until we have received your return item and sent your e-gift card to you.
-All accessories and Sale items are NOT eligible for return. This includes all jewelry, hats, scarves, handbags, bralettes, belts, and all items that are on sale.
Pickups
If you live here locally and would like to avoid paying shipping, we have 3 convenient pickup locations you can choose from. Simply select store pickup when you go to check out and be sure to select which pickup location you wish to pickup from.
If you live in the Athens Tennessee area, you can pickup at our storefront anytime during our business hours throughout the week.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10:30-5:30 and Saturday 10-3
If you live in the Etowah Tennessee area, you can pickup at United Furniture Outlet. Pickups are located in the very back right corner of the store in tupperware bins labeled by last name.

Hours: M-F 10-5:30, Saturday 9-5, Sunday 1-4
If you live in the Polk County or Bradley county area, you can pickup at First Care Pharmacy in Ocoee anytime during their normal business hours. Business hours are listed below. Please allow two business days from the time of purchase to pickup your item. EXAMPLE...you place an order on Monday, you can pickup anytime starting Wednesday.
